FIPA Group is a German manufacturer of vacuum automation and end-of-arm tooling components, founded in Ismaning, near Munich, in 1985 under the name Fischer + Partner and converted to a GmbH in 1994.
The company produces vacuum cups, vacuum generators, ejectors, filters, valves, air nippers, area grippers, and engineered gripper systems for robotic pick-and-place and handling applications, alongside FIPALIFT and FIPALIFTmax vacuum tube lifting systems for manual and semi-automated material handling. FIPA operates through subsidiaries including FIPA Inc. in the United States, established in 2006, FIPA Kft. in Hungary in 2007, FIPA Ltd. in Thailand in 2013, a representative office in China opened in 2016, and FIPA Limited in the United Kingdom in 2024, supported by a network of about 50 distribution partners serving roughly 6,500 customers worldwide.
