FEGE is a French designer and manufacturer of packaging lines, located in the Pole d'Activite d'Argonne in Vouziers (Ardennes, Grand Est). Since 1992 it has delivered standard and custom high-speed lines to customers worldwide, and the company reports hundreds of clients, including large food groups and sparkling-wine producers. Sectors served include agri-food, pet food, beverages, wine and spirits, sterilised products and hygiene products. FEGE is part of Groupe DUGUIT, which also includes DUGUIT Technologies (with Champagel and Allians Robotics) and BEDI.
The robotics range covers crate and case loading and unloading (enclayage/declayage), palletizing and depalletizing, case packing (encaissage), multipacking, and boxing and unboxing (emboxage/deboxage). The PAL-R / DEPAL-R robotic palletizer handles cans, bags, shrink-wrapped packs and cardboard cases, works by batch or by full layer from preparation tables, supports multiple programmable patterns and multi-head tooling for products, interlayers and pallets, and manages interlayer and pallet magazines automatically. FEGE builds these cells on KUKA, FANUC or ABB robots with fork, gripper, magnetic or vacuum tooling inside a safety enclosure.
The material-handling range includes product distributors, accumulation tables, dryers, ejectors, unit-product conveyors, pallet conveyors and sterilisation conveyors for heavy loads. FEGE also builds special machines on request.
