Founded in 1992 by Ross Pryor, the company has spent more than three decades implementing thousands of automation solutions for manufacturers across the United States and internationally. In 2022, after 31 years at the helm, founders Ross Pryor and Mark Ligler sold the company to a group of its own senior managers — Jim Pursley (President), Clay Edwards (VP of Sales), Chuck Boyles (VP), and Kell Pryor (VP) — ensuring continuity of the culture and quality standards that defined FAS.
The company specializes in discrete control, coordinated motion, process automation, production monitoring, robotic machine tending, material handling, traceability, robotic assembly, and machine safety.
