ERO Technologies designs and manufactures linear motion and positioning solutions, ranging from standard catalog components to complete automation systems and customized OEM modules. ERO Botics builds linear robots in 2- to 7-axis configurations that target machine tending, pick-and-place, dosing, inspection and optical processes, positioned as a faster, higher-precision and lower-cost alternative to articulated 6-axis arms. ERO Fuehrungen develops complete custom positioning systems for OEMs and machine builders in laser systems, semiconductor equipment, metrology, aerospace, automotive, optics, grinding, milling and engraving. Products are developed and manufactured in Germany under a "Made in Germany" standard, with the company drawing on over 60 years of Black Forest engineering heritage. ERO Technologies Inc. provides local US sales and engineering support from Gastonia, North Carolina, coordinating with the German engineering and production teams to serve customers across general machine building, automation and special-purpose machinery.

The company offers technical consultation during selection, configuration and development phases, and supplies documentation and CAD data on request. ERO is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Its work is led by President Lukas Dieterle, supported by engineering, product management and application engineering teams.
