The company builds sensor-actuator systems for moving webs and belts in continuous production lines. Its web-guiding and edge-control systems keep a running web aligned to sub-millimeter tolerances during winding, printing, coating, and laminating; its tension-measurement systems use load cells and pneumatic dancer rolls to hold constant tension across a production run; its spreading systems use curved-bar, bowed-roll, and actively actuated spreader rolls to remove wrinkles and creases from a moving web; and its slitting and cross-cutting equipment handles web conversion. A camera-based inspection line performs full-web print and surface inspection, checking for defects and registration errors at production speed. Customers span textile and nonwoven manufacturing, paper and tissue production, corrugated board, flexible packaging film, rubber and tire manufacturing, and printing and publishing.
