Blumenbecker Group GmbH is a German industrial automation group headquartered in Beckum, North Rhine-Westphalia. Its origins date to 1922, when Theodor Blumenbecker established an armature winding workshop for electric motor repair. The holding company B+M Blumenbecker GmbH was formally established in 1982, with Blumenbecker Automatisierungstechnik GmbH incorporated in 2004.
The group comprises approximately 20 independent companies at more than 30 locations across Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, India, China, and the USA, employing around 1,240 staff and generating EUR 208 million in revenue in 2025. Core competencies include switchgear cabinet manufacturing, process automation, control technology, industrial maintenance, and industrial supplies. The Beckum facility spans 8,000 square metres of production space for custom and series switchgear manufacturing to Industry 4.0 standards.
The group holds UL certification for switchgear and was certified to ISO 27701 for information security in 2023.
