Beijing TT Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (TTA) is a Chinese unmanned aerial vehicle company headquartered in the Niantou Industrial Park in Beijing's Changping District. It was founded in 2008 and describes itself as an industry-chain UAV provider covering R&D, manufacturing, after-sales service and pilot training. TTA reports more than 200 employees, more than 160 patents and more than 20 software copyrights, holds national high-tech enterprise status, and says it serves customers in more than 70 countries.
The product range covers agriculture, security, aerial survey, power-line work, forestry and firefighting, in both multirotor and fixed-wing or VTOL formats. Current models include the M6E-1 and M4E multirotors, the M4E-G500 and M4E-G300 Pro, the M6E-G300 (a 30-litre-class drone), the TTA SP-11 VTOL, the TTA M10 industrial drone and the M50 multi-purpose networked drone security system. The M50 has a recommended 25 kg payload and supports 4G/5G links or an L-band ad hoc network with a 15-100 km range depending on the ground station. It is aimed at security, investigation, delivery, search and rescue, command, firefighting and inspection. TTA also sells education airframes, the M6E-EDU and M4E-EDU, the MC-GP-GP7 FPV racing drone, a flight-controller and ESC stack, and a campus safety solution.
Pilot training is a large part of the business. Through TTA Education, the company describes itself as a ChALPA UAV pilot training institute and examination centre in north China. It runs more than 36 training centres and says more than 20,000 UAV pilots have been certified through its programmes.
