ARCHYTAS ROBOTICS SAS
Archytas Robotics is a Universal Robots certified integrator near Toulouse building cobot palletizers, machine tending and 2D/3D vision bin-picking cells.
Archytas Robotics (ARCHYTAS ROBOTICS SAS, RCS Toulouse 987 612 041, share capital EUR 240,000) is a French designer and integrator of robotic and cobotic automation systems based at 33 rue des Treilles in Noe, south of Toulouse, where it runs its assembly and prototyping workshop. The company is a Universal Robots Certified System Integrator (CSI) and a member of the Robotics Place cluster and La French Fab.
The company works with both industrial robots and collaborative robots, choosing between them according to required payload, speed and guarding constraints. Its catalogue highlights an automatic palletizer, presented as a multi-brand cobot palletizing station, and machine tending cells for loading and unloading machine tools. Other application areas are bulk picking and quality and position control using 2D or 3D cameras, palletizing and case packing, and supervision and maintenance of installed equipment.
Projects follow a five-step method: a free on-site audit of needs, feasibility and environmental constraints; specification, budgeting and system modelling; complete in-house assembly and testing under conditions similar to the customer site; installation in the customer workshop with final validation and operator training; and after-sales service with telemaintenance, supervision and warranty contracts. Target sectors are food processing, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and electronics. Matthieu Luchilo is the company's publication director.
