AMR Integration is a US autonomous-mobile-robot systems-integration business headquartered in Kaysville, Utah, operating as the AMR-focused arm of In-Position Technologies (IPT), an automation company that has operated since 1997. The team was formed after IPT's 2018 acquisition of Axis Robotics, a manufacturing-robotics integrator, and focuses on mobile-robot deployments for material handling.
The company designs, builds, deploys and supports autonomous mobile robot (AMR) systems that move materials without fixed infrastructure such as conveyors or wire-guided paths. It partners with AMR manufacturers Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), AGILOX and Gausium, and integrates Universal Robots arms onto mobile platforms for combined transport-and-manipulation work. Its configured ER-Flex product pairs a MiR100 or MiR250 mobile base with a Universal Robots UR3e or UR5e arm, supporting payloads up to 10 kilograms and 360-degree base rotation; the company also offers an IMR250 mobile platform. Services span fully managed integration, training, and supported self-integration in which IPT engineers guide a customer's own staff through deployment.
AMR Integration operates a 3,000-square-foot AMR lab at its Kaysville facility for product development and factory acceptance testing, and IPT maintains offices in Arizona, California, Colorado and New Mexico supporting deployments nationwide.
