whereable.ai is a South Korean autonomous mobility company headquartered in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, founded in 2024 by former ThorDrive engineers under chief executive Doosan Baek. The company builds AI-based autonomous driving software for indoor and mixed indoor-outdoor environments that do not have HD maps or dedicated navigation infrastructure.
Its product, linq, is an autonomous indoor shuttle that uses on-device, self-supervised perception rather than cloud processing to navigate crowded, narrow spaces such as airport terminals, shopping malls, and resorts. Ten linq vehicles began operating on a dedicated route in Incheon International Airport's Terminal 2 in August 2025, deployed through a consortium with hy Mobility and ATEC Mobility; whereable.ai plans a broader commercial launch of linq in the first half of 2026. The shuttle was named a CES 2026 Innovation Awards honoree in the Smart Communities and Accessibility & Longevity categories. Separately, the company was selected for South Korea's Defense Venture Innovation Technology Support Program to adapt its navigation platform for military logistics with the Korean Army.
The company has raised seed funding from NAVER D2SF and Quad Ventures and won the top prize at the KTOA Venturium Demo Day.
