A Heavy Duty configuration accommodates larger wire sizes (0.035–1/16 inch) for high-duty-cycle thick-plate applications. The Plasma Cutting Tool extends the platform to angle iron, C-channel, L-beams, and thin sheet cutting.
Deployment packages are offered in Aero, Hydro, Synchro, and Talon configurations. Ultra-portable skid-mounted versions feature heavy-duty casters for rapid repositioning on the shop floor. Proprietary ArcPilot technology continuously monitors arc electrical characteristics and adjusts the programmed weld path to stay centered in symmetric joints.
QuickTeach enables operators to program weld paths directly at the cobot wrist without a laptop. Systems are priced at $95,000–$140,000 all-in, including plug-and-produce integration, shipping, a two-year warranty, a lifetime software license, and a 30-day return policy.
