U&C UAS s.r.o. is a Czech unmanned aerial systems manufacturer founded in July 2022, established by co-owners of Ukrainian drone company DeViRo — one of Ukraine's largest producers of military reconnaissance UAVs and developer of the widely deployed Leleka-100 system. The company holds its headquarters in Prague, with serial manufacturing operations in Kolín, Czech Republic, and manufactures exclusively within the European Union.
U&C UAS holds full intellectual property rights over its product line and targets NATO member states and allied international defense customers. Its primary product is the Stork LR (also referred to as Leleka-LR), a long-endurance autonomous reconnaissance UAV designed for ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) missions in electronically contested environments. The Stork LR is equipped with encrypted digital communications systems and engineered to maintain mission capability in conditions involving GPS disruption and signal jamming.
In addition to the Stork LR, U&C UAS produces the MACE loitering munition (strike drone), unveiled at the World Defense Show 2026, designed for precision attacks in contested airspace. Serial production capacity at the Kolín facility is approximately 100 drones per year across both reconnaissance and strike variants.
In May 2026, U&C UAS signed a contract to supply advanced unmanned aerial systems to U.S. Army units stationed in Europe — a contract that followed successful high-intensity combat simulation trials. In February 2026, the company signed a separate agreement with India's TUNGA Aerospace Industries Private Limited for UAV deliveries, pilot training, and potential technology cooperation.
