The Ever-Kleen platform, introduced in 2008, is a family of hygienic conveyors and equipment for washdown environments; it includes the SL Series conveyors (SL1, SL2, SL3), Bake-Kleen for bakeries, Pharma-Kleen for pharmaceutical processing, Green-Kleen for reduced water and energy use and Kleen-Guard guarding. Its automation and controls group delivers PLC and HMI programming, drives and servo integration, SCADA, line synchronization, panel design and data acquisition; the shop runs a 6 kW TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 laser cutter and offers machining, process piping and millwrighting for food, beverage and pharmaceutical customers.
Tri-Mach holds CWB welding certification and TSSA certificates QA 02294 and QA 02295, and builds to HACCP, NSF and 3-A sanitary standards. The group acquired Advance Millwrights (2016) and Industrial Contracting Solutions (2018); named customers include Maple Leaf Foods, Cadbury, Pepsi, Kraft, Nestle, Saputo and Johnson & Johnson.
