Texys America LLC is the North American arm of Texys Group, a French measurement-technology company founded in 1999 by Etienne Deméocq—former Head of Electronics of the Ligier Formula 1 team—and business partner Philippe Leuwers. At the end of 2023, Texys Group merged with FOGALE Sensors (founded 1983, headquartered in Nîmes, France) to form the Fogale-Texys Group, a combined entity specializing in high-precision sensing and embedded measurement.

The Fogale-Texys Group offers four decades of mastered expertise across capacitive, inductive, optical, fiber-optic, inertial, force, pressure, temperature, and displacement measurement technologies. Product lines include LYSENO capacitive displacement sensors with sub-micrometric to millimetric measurement range, KRYON and SENSKIN families for harsh environments, CAPABLADE sensors for high-voltage/high-interference settings, and MOVALYS displacement sensors for alignment and motion control. Industrial customers include Tier 1 automotive suppliers, aeronautics and aerospace OEMs, marine and energy-sector operators, and railway system integrators. The group's sensors are used in robotic-arm calibration, machine-tool feedback, and automated inspection lines, making them relevant to precision manufacturing and advanced automation workflows.
