Building on the X1's success, Zero Zero Robotics expanded the lineup in 2024 with the HOVERAir X1 PRO and X1 PROMAX. The X1 PRO delivers 4K/60fps video with a 104-degree field of view, while the X1 PROMAX features an 8K (7680x4320) sensor capable of 48MP stills, 4K at 120fps, HDR video, and 10-bit H-Log/HLG color profiles — making it among the highest-resolution consumer drone cameras available. Both models weigh under 200 grams and include hot-swappable batteries with up to 16 minutes of flight time.
The autofocus system on the PRO/PROMAX models combines contrast detection, face detection AF, and AI-based subject tracking for smooth, autonomous subject following. An optional Beacon accessory enables HoverLink precision tracking with up to 1 km transmission range and a modular joystick control interface.
Zero Zero Robotics targets outdoor enthusiasts, content creators, travelers, and athletes who want professional-quality aerial footage without the complexity of traditional drone operation. The HOVERAir brand has showcased its products at CES 2025, underscoring growing global recognition.
