Sealien Robotics, registered as Sealien Robotics Co., Ltd. and known in Chinese as Deep Sea Homo Sapiens (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., is a subsea robotics manufacturer founded in 2023 and headquartered in the Nansha district of Guangzhou, China, with an R&D center at the Yuexiu International Financial Center and a manufacturing base at the Xintai CNC Industrial Park. The company was founded by Eamon Ma, a Harbin Engineering University graduate with more than fifteen years of marine-engineering experience, alongside co-founders Ivan Lee and Aaron Qiao.
The company builds work-class remotely operated vehicles and related subsea systems for offshore oil and gas, subsea telecommunications, offshore wind, and underwater-infrastructure customers. Its product line includes the Singularity work-class ROV, rated to a 6,000-meter operating depth; the Phoenix subsea cable and pipeline work ROV, rated to 3,000 meters and built with specialized cable-tracking and trenching capability; and the Taurus heavy-duty ROV, rated to 1,000 meters.
