Inside the kiosk, a robotic arm dispenses soft-serve frozen yogurt, gelato, or sorbet — configured by the customer on a 35-inch LCD touchscreen — completing the order in under 60 seconds. The kiosk supports up to 60 servings per hour and requires only a 220 V/30 A electrical connection with no plumbing. Payment options include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and select cryptocurrency. A motion-triggered attract mode on the LCD display draws foot traffic in high-density environments.
Kiosks are placed in high-traffic captive venues: shopping malls, airports, stadiums, universities, museums, hospitals, and office buildings. Franchisees maintain units with just two to three visits per week of 30 to 90 minutes each for restocking and cleaning. The initial franchise investment ranges from approximately $160,950 to $593,900 depending on the number of kiosks acquired. A starter package of four kiosks requires approximately $140,000.
The company signed a master franchise agreement for Salt Lake and Utah Counties, Utah, valued at over $5,000,000, illustrating the scale of its geographic expansion efforts. The brand continues to operate and recruit franchisees as of 2025-2026.
