Pro Mach

ProMach, Inc. is a packaging and processing machinery holding company headquartered at 50 East Rivercenter Boulevard in Covington, Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. The company groups more than 50 individually branded equipment manufacturers under one ownership structure rather than operating as a single machine builder, and it is backed by private equity investors.

Its brands are organized by production-line function, covering filling, bottling and capping, labeling and coding, flexibles and trays, handling and sterilizing, robotics and end-of-line, and systems integration. Named brands include Axon (shrink-sleeve and tamper-evident band applicators), Brenton (case packing, shrink wrapping, and palletizing), Quest (vision-guided robotic packaging automation), and NJM (pharmaceutical filling and labeling lines), among more than 40 others. Within robotics, ProMach brands supply pick-and-place, case erecting, tray forming, palletizing, and machine-vision inspection systems, plus multi-station robotic cells combining several of these functions on one packaging line.

ProMach reports more than 6,000 employees, over 90 manufacturing and sales locations, and more than 150,000 machines installed at customer sites worldwide. In April 2026 it acquired UK-based equipment maker Evolution BPS. It sells to food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and consumer packaged goods manufacturers across North America, Europe, and Asia through its network of brands.
