Pickit (Pickit NV) is a robot-vision company based in Leuven, Belgium, founded in 2016 as a spin-out from Intermodalics, a developer of custom robot-control software. Pickit's mission is to give eyes to industrial robots by combining 3D cameras with vision software, pre-installed on an industrial processing unit, into off-the-shelf packages that work with any brand of robot arm. The system tackles a wide range of pick-and-place tasks including bin picking, depalletizing, machine tending, assembly, and surface treatment, enabling integrators and manufacturers to deploy 3D vision without deep computer-vision expertise. Pickit cameras use structured-light and laser-triangulation technologies and communicate over Ethernet, with fields of view ranging from small boxes up to four Euro pallets.

The current high-definition portfolio is organized into the M-HD2, L-HD2, and XL-HD2 families: the M-HD2-MR60 offers a narrow field of view for high-precision work; the L-HD2 models provide wide and long fields of view for large-area or fixed-pallet scanning; and the XL-HD2-C1600 offers the largest field of view, detecting at up to five meters and covering more than four Euro pallets. Pickit's software provides two general detection engines: Teach, a versatile engine for known fixed-size shapes, and Flex, for detecting simple geometric shapes such as cylinders, spheres, rectangles, and circles at varying sizes. Earlier products, such as the Pickit M-HD built around a Zivid 3D camera, established Pickit's approach of delivering high-accuracy bin picking as a turnkey solution for automotive and general manufacturing customers.
