Marseille, France underwater drone developer behind iBubble and Seasam; acquired by Delair in January 2023 and now operating as Delair Marine.
"Notilo Plus is a French developer of underwater drones and AI-based inspection software, originally known for the iBubble wireless autonomous camera for recreational divers. Delair acquired the company on 4 January 2023 and folded it into a new maritime business unit that trades as Delair Marine, headquartered at 19 Rue Henri Barbusse in Marseille. The Seasam product pages now redirect to the Delair Marine site.
The core product is Seasam, described as a two-in-one system that runs as a wireless autonomous underwater drone or as a tethered compact ROV. Seasam Navigator adds autonomous navigation and geolocated ship hull inspection, and Seasam HullScan is a version configured specifically for hull surveys. Underwater video and sensor data are uploaded to the Delair Cloud platform, the successor to Notilo Cloud, which aggregates data from multiple sources and automatically produces inspection reports. Application areas are shipping and hull inspection, underwater works, search and rescue, inshore infrastructure inspection, offshore operations and scientific research.
Development of the platform received funding from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund under grant 958930. Delair Marine lists CMA CGM, EDF, EGIS, Enedis, Ifremer, Vinci and C-Detect among its customers and partners."
