NOBLEO Technology B.V. is a Dutch high-tech engineering company founded in 2011 and headquartered at Heggeranklaan 1, 5643 BP Eindhoven, in the Netherlands' Brainport technology region. The company was co-founded by Gerrit Dijkhoff and Frank Sperling with a mission to create positive social impact through innovative technical solutions. As of 2024, NOBLEO employs over 100 engineers combining expertise in mechatronics, control engineering, embedded electronics, and autonomous technologies.

NOBLEO organises its competences under the brand concept of 'Smart Mechatronics', divided into three business areas:

• Autonomous: Transforming human-operated vehicles and machines into fully autonomous robots capable of handling dirty, dull, and dangerous tasks.
• Intelligent: Embedded and AI solutions that augment human decision-making through advanced sensing and machine learning.
• Systems: Design and engineering of complex machines and systems combining mechanical, electronic, and software engineering.

The company's flagship technical capability is autonomous software stacks for mobile robots, built on ROS 2 (Robot Operating System 2). NOBLEO develops complete autonomy stacks covering advanced mapping, SLAM (Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping), localisation, path planning, behavioural control, machine vision, and fleet management. The company has developed an in-house AI framework called NoblAI for vision-based defect detection and decision support.

Notable delivered projects include:

• AgXeed AgBot: NOBLEO developed the entire onboard autonomy software for the AgXeed self-driving agricultural robot tractor. After five years of joint development, the product is commercially deployed for fully autonomous field operations.
• ExRobotics inspection robot: NOBLEO built a custom SLAM-based autonomy solution for ExRobotics' ATEX-certified inspection robot, enabling it to operate independently in hazardous industrial environments while avoiding vendor lock-in.
• Fancom intelligent farming automation: NOBLEO supported de-risking Fancom's intelligent farming automation systems.
• Autonomous pallet truck: NOBLEO has developed autonomous pallet truck navigation and control solutions for intralogistics applications.

NOBLEO serves sectors including agriculture and food, energy, healthcare, industrial automation, mobility, and semiconductors. In 2021, the company was recognised on the list of the top 50 engineering firms in the Netherlands. NOBLEO is a member of Brainport Industries and DutchHTS, positioning it within the Netherlands' high-tech manufacturing ecosystem.
