Neya Systems LLC is a Warrendale, Pennsylvania-based provider of off-road autonomy software, open-architecture frameworks, and mission-planning solutions for uncrewed ground vehicles (UGVs) and multi-domain unmanned systems. Founded in 2009, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) following acquisition in May 2017. Neya's flagship product, N-Drive Autonomy (launched February 2025), is a full-stack, vehicle-agnostic autonomy solution designed for unconstrained, GPS-denied, and off-road environments, tested across nearly every terrain type using the company's Virtual Integration and Simulation Environment (VISE) 3D simulation platform.

N-Drive provides localization, perception, planning, and control modules in a modular architecture that integrates with the Neya Mission Planning and Management System (MPMS), Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK), and Warfighter Machine Interface (WMI). The Neya Nomad is the company's own autonomous UGV platform built on N-Drive. Neya has received over $50 million in direct U.S. Department of Defense investment and serves customers in defense, mining, construction, and security.

The company co-developed the Trusted UGV certification program with AUVSI — the first industry standard for cybersecurity and supply-chain integrity in autonomous ground vehicles — using Zero Trust DoD architecture and JAUS/IOP interoperability standards. Neya employs more than 50 people and is headquartered at 555 Keystone Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086.
