Shanghai Nexforce Robotics Co., Ltd. (上海新奇机器人有限公司) is a Chinese precision-component maker founded in 2025 and based in Pudong, Shanghai. It supplies core actuation and transmission parts for humanoid robots and embodied-intelligence systems.
Four product families are listed on its own site. NXF-JM integrated joint modules cover harmonic, planetary and cycloidal transmission paths, with stated rotor rotation accuracy below 3 micrometres and torque density up to 300 Nm/kg. NXF-CB micro ceramic ball screws use Si3N4 balls (NSCR0301 / NSCR0401 series, 3-6 mm diameter, C3-C5 accuracy) for dexterous hands. NXF-RS inverted planetary roller screws (NIPR 1202 / 1804 / 2406) cover 100 N to 8,500 N thrust for humanoid linear joints. NXF-AB ceramic-ball bearings address satellite solar-array deployment mechanisms, with 9Cr18 rings, Si3N4 balls and PI cages. The company states that several micro ball screws have been validated by Tier-1 suppliers, and that joint modules have gone into lunar-mission special modules, inspection quadrupeds, biopharma and logistics-sorting projects.
Founder Shi Bo is also general manager of ChiNext-listed Lixing Co., which supplies Nexforce's ceramic balls on market terms. 36Kr reports three rounds in about seven months: Pre-A in December 2025 (Matrix Partners China, Vofo Capital), Series A in March 2026 (investors including AGIBOT affiliate Zhiyuan Innovation and Xiamen C&D Emerging Investment) and A+ in July 2026 (Foran, Wujiang Financial Holding, Zhihui Investment, Ningbo Angel Capital); no amounts were disclosed. Pilot workshops are reported under construction in Rugao, Jiangsu and Fenghua, Zhejiang, with an R&D centre in Beicai, Shanghai. Customers are not named publicly. AGIBOT is both an investor and a development partner. The company exhibited at WAIC 2026.
