Neolix is a Beijing-based developer of Level 4 autonomous low-speed delivery vehicles, founded in 2018. The company designs, manufactures, and operates unmanned vehicles branded RoboVan for last-mile parcel delivery and mobile retail.

Its product line includes the X3, rated for road operation up to 50 km/h and carrying 400 to 500 parcels per load, and the larger X6, which reaches 60 km/h and carries 800 to 1,000 parcels. Neolix develops its autonomous-driving software and vehicle hardware in-house and operates its own manufacturing plant with a stated annual production capacity of about 10,000 vehicles, and it has worked with GAC Aion on vehicle development.

The company reports cumulative deployment of more than 13,000 unmanned vehicles across over 300 cities in 15 countries, with cumulative autonomous-driving mileage exceeding 60 million kilometers. Neolix has been designated a national "little giant" enterprise, a Chinese government classification for high-growth specialized small and medium-sized manufacturers.
