NBG Innovations Group Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-headquartered manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production and export of slip rings and rotary transmission systems for high-end equipment. Founded in 2014 by founder David, the company designs and builds slip rings that transmit power, electrical signals and high-speed data across continuously rotating joints, enabling unlimited rotation in machines such as robotic arms, CT scanners, wind turbines and surgical robots.
Its product range includes CT slip rings, wind turbine slip rings, through-bore slip rings, capsule slip rings, fiber-optic rotary joints (FORJ) and accessories. For robotics, NBG offers compact, low-noise slip rings supporting mixed protocols such as Ethernet, RS485 and CAN for industrial automation and robotic joints, and has developed IP68-rated sealed slip rings integrating FORJ and capacitive coupling wireless transmission (over 1 Gbps) for deep-sea robots, plus customized solutions for surgical robots developed with international medical OEMs. The company operates a manufacturing base in Jiaxing, China (built 2020, over USD 11 million invested, 21,000 sqm across four buildings), a slip ring laboratory in Suzhou, and an aerospace-grade high-precision lab in Shenzhen. NBG has achieved ISO 9001 (2014) and ISO 13485 (2022) certifications, reflecting its medical-grade quality standards. It has mass-produced 64-slice CT slip rings and delivered slip rings for 256-slice, 320-slice and photon-counting CT scanners, supplying global leaders including GE and Philips. NBG serves medical, wind energy, safety, industrial manufacturing and aerospace applications worldwide.
