The company has supplied customized electronics and sensor solutions for over 30 years. Its product portfolio includes MEMS-based IR emitters (JSIR340 and JSIR350 series with C-MOSI and nanoamorphous carbon membranes), thermopile IR detectors (MTS2SENS, MTS4SENS), pyroelectric IR detectors (MPS2SENS, MPS4SENS), gas sensor modules such as the MicroFLOW and MicroSENS lines, gyro and acceleration sensors, and the eNDIRi2 evaluation kit for NDIR system development.
Core manufacturing technologies include LTCC and HTCC ceramic multilayer circuits, thick-film hybrid technology, FR4, automated and manual SMD assembly, solder assembly, chip and wire bonding, and the patented HermeSEAL hermetic packaging process. Micro-Hybrid serves aerospace, mobility and rail, industrial automation and plant engineering, medical technology, environmental, agricultural, biotechnology and communications markets, supporting customers from concept through series production via a structured five-step OEM model. Production is certified to IPC, ESA and ISO standards. Products are also available in small quantities through the Micro-Hybrid online shop for testing and evaluation.
