Merlin (NASDAQ: MRLN) develops the Merlin Pilot, an aircraft-agnostic AI autonomy platform enabling takeoff-to-touchdown autonomous flight. Its two-layer architecture combines a deterministic safety core with a machine-learning layer that adapts to new aircraft types. The Condor product family targets large multi-crew aircraft including the C-130J and commercial cargo platforms such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
Merlin holds the first autonomous flight system certification basis from New Zealand's CAA (2023) and achieved the first FAA-validated autonomous NAS integration. Programs include a $100M+ IDIQ ceiling with USSOCOM for C-130J autonomy. IPO via SPAC in March 2026 raised $200M at an $800M valuation.
