Its ROTOCON brushless slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) transfer power, signal, and data across rotating interfaces and are offered in more than 5,000 standard assemblies across multiple series: high-current rotary grounds, multi-channel capsule units, through-bore designs, miniature high-speed units (3 to 10,000 RPM), harsh-environment units, ultra-high-speed rotary transmitters (10,000 to 40,000 RPM), high-voltage units rated above 600V, wireline collectors, and combinations integrating fiber-optic rotary joints or rotary unions. Its ML6 division produces precision cast and molded polyurethane components, including hubbed and hubless drive rollers, coated idler rollers, coated bearings, cam followers, yoke rollers, no-crush wheels, encoder wheels, grippers, tubing, belts, and flat stock, plus strip-and-recoat refurbishment services.

These components serve cable manufacturing, mail sorting, printing, plastics, glass production, aircraft assembly, and helicopter rescue hoists. Meridian also supplies slip ring solutions for drone and UAV systems. The company serves manufacturers, machine builders, and engineers across industrial automation, motion control, semiconductor, aerospace, medical, and energy markets, with a customer base that has included NASA, SpaceX, and major industrial firms.
