Luyten3D (trading as LUYTEN) is an Australian robotics and additive manufacturing company founded in 2020 by Ahmed Mahil, Godfrey Keung, Michael Stanley, and Shaun Heap, headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. The company designs and manufactures mobile robotic 3D concrete printers for the building and construction industry. Its flagship PLATYPUS family includes the PLATYPUS, PLATYPUS Expeditionary, PLATYPUS X2, PLATYPUS X4, PLATYPUS X4 Special Edition, and PLATYPUS X12, which completed a two-storey functional home in 32 hours in 2024.
In 2021, Luyten built the first building-code-compliant 3D-printed home in the Southern Hemisphere in collaboration with UNSW. The company subsequently printed the world's first Indigenous housing project in Melbourne in 2023. Most recently, LUYTEN unveiled ASCEND, the world's first robotic tower-crane-mounted 3D concrete printer, capable of constructing buildings up to 100 metres high.
