Lowpad BV is a Dutch manufacturer of low-profile autonomous mobile robots for intralogistics, headquartered at Van Beukelaarweg 1 in Bleskensgraaf, Netherlands, with a separate production site at Vaarsloot 3 in the same village that came into operation in September 2024. The management team is Erik van Leeuwenstijn (CEO), Niels van der Spek (CTO), Lucas den Hartigh (COO), Mark Krijgsman (CFO) and Sjoerd Visser (Business Development Director).
The robots slide under the load and lift it, so sites generally need no structural changes. Lowpad F handles open and closed pallets including Euro, CHEP, LPR, IPP and stringer types at up to 1,250 kg. Lowpad S is an omnidirectional unit for roll cages and dollies at 450 kg and up to 1.2 m/s. Lowpad X is an underride pallet robot aimed at case picking, also rated 1,250 kg with a built-in lifting device. Lowpad M is a 128 mm-high robot for Danish CC trolleys and pick carts, 450 kg, with 2D SLAM, 2D obstacle detection and CE marking; a related Lowpad L covers carts and racks on a larger 800 x 1075 mm footprint.
Software is sold as the Lowpad Suite, comprising Lowpad Control for fleet control, Lowpad Insights for business intelligence, Lowpad Connect for integration with existing systems, and Lowpad Case Picking.
Published customer deployments include Arla's case-picking operation in Hobro, Denmark; inbound pallet handling for GXO; and a marshalling installation for Home Bargains in Amesbury, UK, running 91 Lowpads across 36 handover locations. DHL is also named as a user. Target industries are retail distribution, logistics and 3PL, post and parcel, and horticulture, across inbound, outbound, point-to-point transport and case-picking tasks. The company ran a Germany roadshow in early 2025 and UK demonstrations in September 2025, and announced a partnership with Conway in July 2024.
