The company's product portfolio is organized across three market segments:
- LARK — Automotive FMCW LiDAR: Designed for ADAS and autonomous driving applications, supporting OEM and Tier-1 integration with direct velocity measurement enabling dynamic object state assessment.
- FM1 — Industrial FMCW LiDAR: Targets factory automation, AGV/AMR guidance, and industrial sensing applications requiring robust, interference-resistant detection.
- FR60 — Robotics FMCW LiDAR: Launched at CES 2026, the FR60 is described as the world's smallest 4D FMCW LiDAR. It features a palm-sized form factor, a 110° × 60° wide field of view, supports up to 200-line image-grade resolution via software configuration, and delivers real-time point-level velocity sensing. It targets robotics, physical AI, and emerging autonomous systems.
In addition, LightIC offers Silicon Optical Modules as component-level products for OEM integration.
The company's team is composed of approximately 80% R&D engineers, with more than 15 PhDs among its staff. Investment rounds have been completed in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. LightIC has exhibited at the Automate Show and CES 2026.
