Zhejiang Laifual Drive Co., Ltd. is a Chinese precision-transmission manufacturer registered as a joint-stock company in 2013 and headquartered in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province. The company began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2026 under stock code 03952.HK, becoming, by its own account, the first harmonic-reducer maker to list there.
Laifual manufactures harmonic reducers (strain-wave gears) across four series -- FS standard units, FH hollow-shaft units, FB large-diameter units, and a miniature line -- alongside AC high-voltage and DC low-voltage joint modules and complete mechanical-arm and automation-workstation assemblies. Its current-generation reducers deliver positioning accuracy within plus or minus 15 arcseconds and a rated service life beyond 10,000 hours. Applications include industrial and humanoid robot joints, CNC machine tools, and semiconductor process equipment, covering welding, material handling, painting, assembly and sorting tasks.
The company operates a 52,000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Shengzhou with more than 800 employees, including an R&D team of over 100 people. Laifual holds more than 90 patents, over 50 of them invention patents, and carries national High-tech Enterprise and "Specialized, Refined, Special, New" (little giant) enterprise designations from Chinese authorities.
