"The future of orbit is operational."
Toulouse in-orbit servicing firm (est. 2017) whose vision-guided spacecraft inspect GEO satellites (Orbit Guard) and extend their life (Endurance).
Infinite Orbits is a French space company, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Toulouse, that builds spacecraft and provides services to inspect, protect and extend the life of satellites in geostationary orbit. It was co-founded by CEO Adel Haddoud, CTO Akshay Gulati and CSO Manos Koumantakis, employs more than 220 people and operates in eight countries, from Toulouse to Singapore. The company reports more than EUR 150 million in commercial backlog.
Its core technology is RendezVous, an autonomy stack that lets a servicer spacecraft detect, approach and operate around another orbiting asset using vision-based navigation. The target is acquired and tracked from a safe distance, the spacecraft then adjusts its trajectory autonomously from continuously processed visual data, and a docking system makes the final connection to the client satellite. The company cites a rendezvous capability of under 70 cm. A common platform, assembled at its Toulouse AIT facility (a new AIT facility opened in September 2026), underpins both of its mission lines.
Orbit Guard is a small-satellite system for close-range inspection and protection of strategic GEO assets. Orbit Guard #1 launched in 2023; missions #2 (Q1 2027) and #3 and #4 (Q3 2027) are listed as fully booked. Orbit Guard supports France's PALADIN initiative under a EUR 50 million framework contract from the French defence procurement agency DGA. Endurance is a life-extension servicer; Endurance #1 is scheduled for Q3 2028, and in November 2025 SES agreed to use Endurance to extend the life of one of its satellites. In September 2026 the company announced a partnership with Eutelsat to prepare a life-extension mission.
Infinite Orbits raised EUR 12 million in May 2024 and a EUR 40 million oversubscribed round in November 2025 from investors including the European Innovation Council Fund, Matterwave Ventures, Wind Capital, Balnord, IRD and Newfund Capital, for EUR 52 million in total. In February 2026 it acquired LMO in Luxembourg to add European space surveillance capacity, and in July 2026 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Arianespace on direct-to-GEO launch. Listed partners include CNES, Bpifrance, the European Commission, the Luxembourg Space Agency, the UK Space Agency and the US Air Force Research Laboratory.
