HONB 洛阳鸿元轴承科技有限公司
Luoyang, China precision-bearing maker founded 2005; supplies harmonic-reducer and robot-joint bearings holding over 90 percent domestic market share.
HONB is a precision-bearing manufacturer founded in December 2005 and headquartered in the Luoyang Airport Industrial Cluster Zone, Luoyang, Henan province, China. The company holds National High-Tech Enterprise status and ISO 9001:2015 certification, along with China's GJB9001 military-equipment quality standard and separate environmental and occupational-health-and-safety system certifications, and reports a technical R&D staff of 99 people.
The company manufactures twelve bearing series, including precision turntable bearings, cross-roller bearings, thin-section bearings, robot bearings, ball-screw support bearings, angular-contact ball bearings, roller bearings, and thrust bearings. Its robot-bearing line includes the CSG(CSF) series of harmonic-reducer output bearings, models CSG(CSF)-14 through CSG(CSF)-65, and the SHG(SHF) series of cross-roller harmonic-reducer bearings, models SHG(SHF)-14 through SHG(SHF)-50, both built to carry axial, radial, and tilting-moment loads at the output stage of harmonic and RV reducers.
HONB states its turntable and cross-roller bearings each hold over 80 percent of the domestic market, and its robot bearings hold over 90 percent, supplying CNC machine tools, industrial automation, robotics, and aerospace and defense customers. About 30 percent of output is exported to Europe, North America, India, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Primary type & automation activities this supplier delivers:
CSG(CSF) Series Harmonic Reducer Bearing
Thin-wall harmonic reducer output bearing, bore 11-52mm and OD 55-210mm, for industrial robot joints.
SHG(SHF) Series Harmonic Reducer Bearing
