Harmo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer specializing in take-out robots and peripheral equipment for plastic injection molding machines. Established in 1962 in Nagano Prefecture as Shin-etsu Denshi Sangyo Co., Ltd., the company adopted the HARMO name in 1972. It produced the ATOM molded-parts automatic take-out robot in 1969, pioneering the segment.
Headquartered in Minamiminowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano, HARMO is Japan's only comprehensive equipment manufacturer covering development, production, sales, and service for injection molding automation. The company operates 14 domestic sales offices, eight overseas subsidiaries, and agencies in 12 countries.
