Hangcha Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of forklifts and material-handling equipment headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The company's lineage traces to a Hangzhou forklift factory established in the 1950s, later reorganized into the present group, which has traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 2016.
The company builds internal-combustion counterbalance forklifts, electric forklift trucks, warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and reach stackers, empty-container handlers, and hydrogen fuel-cell powered trucks, spanning load capacities from under one tonne to more than 40 tonnes. Hangcha has extended this line into automated material handling with a family of Automated Guided Vehicles for pallet transport, warehouse replenishment, and production-line material flow, combining internal-combustion, lithium-battery, lead-acid, and hydrogen fuel-cell powertrains across its catalog.
Hangcha distributes its equipment through a dealer network that includes subsidiaries supporting sales and after-sales service in North America and Europe, and manufactures across multiple production sites in the Hangzhou area.
