GRIP GmbH Handhabungstechnik is a German manufacturer of end-of-arm tooling for industrial and collaborative robots, headquartered at Alter Hellweg 70 in Dortmund. The company marked 30 years since its founding on May 24, 2019, placing its start around 1989, and has specialized since then in gripper and tool-changing systems for automated production lines.
Its tool-changer line includes the SHS Pro Connector and SHS Connector manual quick-change couplings and the AC063 Auto Connector for automatic tool changing with integrated media pass-through, alongside automatic and manual changers built to the DIN EN ISO 9409-1 robot-interface standard. The gripper range covers the GZ063 gripper pliers, parallel grippers and custom-built grippers engineered for specific part geometries, plus DDF Multi Swivel rotary feed-throughs for routing air, electrical signals or fluid lines through a rotating robot joint. GRIP also distributes tool-changer and gripper products from ATI Industrial Automation alongside its own designs.
