Company Overview

GENERATIVE Robotics is a Leipzig company that develops autonomous mobile robots for site security, critical infrastructure and industrial premises. GENERATIVE ROBOTICS GmbH was founded on 1 June 2026 and is registered at the Leipzig local court under HRB 45775, with its office at Arthur-Winkler-Strasse 77 in Leipzig. The founders announced the company's plans on 24 June 2026 and showed the first robot three months later.

The product is GR-01, presented publicly at security essen 2026 on 22 September 2026. It is a four-wheeled robot with active independent suspension for uneven ground and a height-adjustable mast carrying cameras and sensors. The company gives its weight as about 120 kg, its base as 120 by 80 cm and its height as 120 to 160 cm. Navigation combines LiDAR, stereo cameras and GNSS with RTK correction, with UWB, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth positioning added where satellite reception is poor. One battery charge is stated to cover up to ten hours of patrol, and the robot returns to a weather- and dirt-resistant docking station to recharge on its own. An optional robot arm is offered, quoted at 10 kg lifting capacity at the launch press conference and as several kilograms on the product page. A tow hitch lets the same platform pull carts in intralogistics, payload modules are swappable, the robot can speak and listen, and it can be run from the cloud or entirely on-premise.

The company positions GR-01 for property protection, critical infrastructure, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, automotive sites, intralogistics, facility management and healthcare, and cites regulation such as the EU NIS-2 directive, operational complexity and guard-staff shortages as the drivers of demand. Its messaging stresses European technological sovereignty.

Management consists of the three founders. Aleksej Tokarev, the chief technology officer, is responsible for hardware and system architecture; he has more than 15 years in IT and autonomous driving and is also founder and CEO of Security Robotics, which develops autonomous security systems. Andreas Ciborius handles strategy, business development and customer relations and has been associated with the CIBORIUS Group since 2006. Thomas Schroeter leads software engineering, including AI integration, real-time data and IT architecture. Dr. Martin Wehrsse is listed as CFO and head of investments and funding, and the site has an investor-relations section, but no funding round, investors, headcount, pricing, delivery date or customers have been published.
