General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), a business unit of General Dynamics, designs, engineers, manufactures and sustains tracked and wheeled combat vehicles and integrated technologies for the U.S. military and allied forces worldwide. The company also develops VITALS vehicle-intelligence software and was awarded a $450-million agreement for the next phase of the Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) competition. In 2026 GDLS announced a strategic collaboration with Kodiak AI to integrate Physical-AI-powered autonomous driving technology into its ground vehicles.
