Advanced welding processes such as LSC, PMC, and CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) enable high-quality joining of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, with TWIN systems achieving deposition rates up to 25 kg/h. Fronius also supplies robotic welding torches, wire feeders, intelligent arc-length and penetration stabilisers, and the WeldCube data system for networking and monitoring welding production across the factory. The company complements its robotic and automated welding portfolio with welding automation systems and a Prototyping and Manufacturing Center for custom solutions. Fronius operates 36 international subsidiaries and employed approximately 6,500 people worldwide by the end of 2025, with production and logistics sites in Sattledt and Thalheim.
