Fox Robotics, founded in 2017 by Peter Anderson-Sprecher and Charles DuHadway in Austin, TX, develops autonomous mobile robots for warehouse logistics. Its flagship FoxBot is the world's first Class 1 electric stand-up autonomous forklift for automated dock workflows including trailer loading and unloading. The FoxBot Mk3 (launched March 2025) features 360-degree LiDAR and camera perception, auto-adjusting fork tines, and can unload 50+ double-stacked pallets per hour across 16-18 hour shifts.

One associate can supervise up to six FoxBots simultaneously, delivering up to 60% labor cost savings. Fox Robotics surpassed 2.5 million pallet pulls and raised $76M from investors including BMW i Ventures, Menlo Ventures, and Zebra Technologies. Acquired by Symbotic in February 2026.
