FIRST Global is a US-based nonprofit organization established by FIRST founder Dean Kamen, holding its first event in 2017. It organizes the FIRST Global Challenge, an annual international robotics competition that moves to a different host country each year and invites one team from every participating nation.

Student teams design and program robots to complete tasks built around a global theme, such as clean water or energy access, competing in an Olympics-style format meant to bring high-school students from different countries into direct cooperation. The 2025 Challenge took place in Panama, and the 2026 edition is scheduled for Incheon, South Korea, from October 7 to 10; nearly 200 nations have fielded teams since the program began. FIRST Global runs a New Technology Experience alongside the competition, six themed tracks named Wildfire, Biodiversity, Food, Energy, Carbon and CubeSat, and supports participants through the Global STEM Corps mentoring network and a Higher Education Network that pairs universities with national teams for technical guidance.

FIRST Global is organizationally separate from FIRST, the domestic youth-robotics organization Kamen also founded; its scope is limited to the single annual event that unites one team per nation.
