Excelland Robotics is a Chinese maker of commercial service robots for indoor and outdoor delivery, cleaning and vending, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 9 September 2026 under stock code 3231. The listed entity, Excelland Robotics (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., was founded in 2013; its registered office is in the Wuxi Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu, while its headquarters and principal place of business are in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The company operates the uditech.com.cn domain. Its Hong Kong global offering issued 42,218,200 H shares at HK$14.45 each, for gross proceeds of about HK$650 million.
The product line is organised into branded series. The Yomie series of indoor delivery robots covers the dual-compartment M5, single-compartment M6, the M7 flagship and the MX embodied-intelligence model, with single/dual compartment switching, 62 cm minimum passage width, IoT connectivity for elevators and building systems, wireless charging and 3D obstacle avoidance. The Yodee B5 is a delivery robot for entertainment venues. Yoware is an AI vision model platform sold as industry solutions. Besides product sales the company earns revenue from robot-as-a-service cleaning and delivery contracts, rentals and repair services, and it also supplies robot mobility modules to other companies.
According to its 2026 interim report, revenue for the six months to 30 June 2026 was RMB154.4 million, up 12.4 percent year on year, with a net loss of RMB80.0 million. Yoxiaogu sales rose 184.2 percent and Yoshop sales 58.9 percent, while Yomie hotel delivery sales declined. RaaS revenue grew 35.6 percent to 17.2 percent of the total. The group had 389 employees at 30 June 2026. The company describes itself as the third-largest commercial delivery robot provider and the fourth-largest provider of commercial cleaning robot products and solutions in China by 2025 revenue, citing third-party industry research in its listing documents.
The company reports more than 500 core patents, participation in two national standards and 16 group standards covering commercial cleaning, delivery and food-delivery robots and low-speed autonomous vehicles, and recognition as a national high-tech enterprise and a national "little giant" specialised enterprise.
