Documented AGV configurations include the AGV Mouse, an under-cart anchoring robot that drives beneath a cart, inserts two pins and pushes it; a 10-tonne open-platform AGV; a 10-tonne GPS-navigated outdoor AGV; a pair of 15-tonne SLAM-navigated AGVs used to move nuclear waste containers; a 20-tonne outdoor AGV for shipbuilding; an 8-tonne AGV for wire coils; stainless-steel AGVs handling bed trays for the food industry; roller-deck AGVs for paper coils; an AGV serving aerospace components inside an autoclave; and a 30-tonne outdoor AGV announced as the company's newest development. SPMTs of 100 tonnes each are synchronised to move wind-turbine tower sections, and a 65-tonne rail car serves offshore work.

DTA describes its method as tailor-made engineering: vehicles are specified per customer, with multiple steering modes and integrated safety systems.
