Dronamics, founded in 2014 by brothers Svilen and Konstantin Rangelov in Sofia, Bulgaria, is a full-stack aerospace company and Europe's first licensed cargo drone airline, holding both IATA and ICAO designator codes. The company's flagship aircraft, the Black Swan, is a fixed-wing remotely piloted system capable of carrying up to 350 kg of cargo over a range of 2,500 km, operating from runways as short as 400 meters. The platform supports middle-mile logistics and connects remote communities with cost savings of up to 50% and CO2 reductions of up to 60% compared to traditional air freight.

Dronamics has also launched a defense variant of the Black Swan, featuring modular ISTAR payload integration in partnership with HENSOLDT. Commercial flight operations between Sofia and Ruse are planned for the second half of 2026.
