"AI Powered Collaborative Robots"
Suwon, South Korea cobot maker founded 2015, part of Doosan Group and listed on KOSPI since 2023; builds the M, A, H, P, and E series of collaborative robots.
Doosan Robotics was launched in 2015 as a unit of Doosan Group, a South Korean conglomerate with a history spanning more than 130 years and operations across 21 domestic and 72 overseas affiliates. Doosan Robotics shipped its first cobot in 2018 and listed on the Korea Exchange's KOSPI market in October 2023. The company is headquartered in Suwon, South Korea.
Its product range covers five collaborative robot series: P-Series units built for palletizing, H-Series robots for heavy-duty industrial handling, M-Series arms for flexible material handling, A-Series robots designed for high-speed production tasks, and E-Series units aimed at food and beverage service work. Each series uses Doosan's proprietary joint torque sensors for collision detection and safe operation alongside people, and is managed through the company's Dart-Suite software for programming and fleet oversight. Deployments span palletizing, welding, surface finishing, machine tending, assembly, inspection, food and beverage service, EV charging, and retail and event automation.
Doosan Robotics reports that its cobots are used by companies in 50 countries, including Continental, Hyundai, Toyota, Samsung, LG Electronics, Dior, Dyson, and Lancome.
