Dedrone, founded in February 2014 and headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, develops counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) technology for government, military, and critical infrastructure customers. Dedrone's technology is certified under the U.S. SAFETY Act. In October 2024, Axon Enterprise completed the acquisition of Dedrone, integrating it into Axon's public safety ecosystem. The company maintains offices in Germany, the UK, and the US.
