Croplands Equipment
"Sprayer Specialists Since 1972"
Australasian spray-application specialist distributing and integrating autonomous orchard, vineyard and vegetable spraying robots since 1972.
Croplands Equipment is an Australian company that has manufactured and distributed crop spray-application solutions since 1972, with manufacturing and marketing operations across Australia and New Zealand. Beyond its core Quantum Mist and Quantum range of air-assisted sprayer modules for vineyards, orchards and horticulture, Croplands has moved into agricultural robotics as an integrator and exclusive distributor of autonomous spraying platforms. It is the exclusive Australasian distributor of Prospr, an autonomous multi-use hybrid vehicle platform developed by New Zealand's Robotics Plus, and co-develops Quantum sprayer modules that integrate onto the Prospr platform for automated intelligent spraying across horticultural crops. Croplands has also launched an autonomous optical spot sprayer developed in partnership with SwarmFarm for broadacre conditions, and holds a distribution agreement with Kilter to sell the autonomous Kilter AX-1 precision robot sprayer for the vegetable-grower market in Australia and New Zealand.
These partnerships position Croplands as a channel and systems-integration partner bringing autonomous, labour-saving and spray-saving robotics to Australasian growers. The company operates its head office in Dry Creek, South Australia, and is part of the Nufarm group. Its robotics-related work focuses on targeted, controlled droplet formation and deposition combined with autonomous navigation to reduce labour, chemical use and operating costs in specialty crop production.
