Company Overview

Beijing Ruihong Embodied Intelligent Robot Technology Co., Ltd., operating its consumer and education robot line under the AIYABOT brand, is a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Tung Kong Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002117), a publicly listed Chinese printing and smart-card company. Tung Kong holds its stake in Ruihong indirectly through its wholly owned subsidiary Beijing Tung Kong Jiahua Security Information Technology Co., Ltd., giving Tung Kong effective 100 percent ownership of Ruihong, and in November 2024 Tung Kong's board approved raising Ruihong's registered capital from RMB 23.33 million to RMB 50 million to fund the buildout of its embodied-intelligence robot business. Public company disclosures state that Ruihong began research and development on large models and embodied intelligence robotics in 2023, positioning it as Tung Kong's dedicated vehicle for developing and commercializing the parent group's robot products.

Ruihong's most visible commercial product to date is the Xiaozhi ("Little Wisdom") education robot, which the company unveiled at a press event held at the Beijing Robot World exhibition hall in Beijing's Yizhuang economic development area in January 2025. According to Tung Kong's own investor communications, the Xiaozhi education robot had already entered mass production and was being rolled out at scale to primary and secondary schools across Beijing municipality shortly after launch. The company also develops and operates the AIYABOT mobile application, which functions as the companion control app for its home and education robot hardware, handling device pairing, personalization settings, firmware updates, growth-tracking logs, and interactive journaling features for the robot's users.

Beyond the education line, Tung Kong's public filings describe Ruihong's broader embodied-intelligence product roadmap as spanning government-affairs service robots, Party-building education robots, and government digital-human applications, reflecting the parent group's existing customer relationships in China's public-sector printing, identity-document, and smart-card businesses. Ruihong has also entered strategic-cooperation agreements with third parties such as Guoxue Shidai (NEEQ: 430053) to extend its embodied-intelligence robots into cultural-education scenarios. As a wholly owned subsidiary formed to build out a new business line inside an already listed group, Ruihong does not separately disclose standalone financial results, headcount, or a registered address distinct from its parent's Beijing operations.
