Baibars Mechatronics Aviation Industry Inc. is a Turkish designer and manufacturer of rotary-wing unmanned aerial systems for agriculture and industry. It was founded in 2021 in the Çukurova region and describes itself as a Turkish-Japanese aerospace partnership. Its headquarters are at Mersin Technopark on the Çiftlikköy Campus. It runs a factory in Mersin-Toroslar and a central R&D site in Mersin, has an office at Mersin University tied to TEKNOFEST, and has support centres in Kayseri, Antalya, Bodrum and Amasya. Two affiliates complete the group: Çukurova Aviation, which provides UAV training and academy programmes, and Kelaynak UAV Management, which offers drone-as-a-service operations for farmers.
The agricultural line is the CT series. The newest model, the CT110, has a 50 L spray tank and a 70 L spreader hopper with a discharge rate of up to 250 kg/min for 0.5-6 mm granules. It carries a maximum load of 55 kg, covers a 6-10 m spray width and an 8-12 m spreading width, and uses a 40 L/min pump feeding four centrifugal nozzles with a 35-500 μm droplet range. Other published figures are 8 minutes of loaded and 20 minutes of unloaded flight, an 18S 34 Ah battery, 4D obstacle radar and an IP67 rating. Unfolded it measures 3091 x 3122 x 880 mm. The CT50s Pro and CT33s Pro target medium-sized and compact plots. The industrial range adds the boran-IIs cargo and delivery drone, which has a laser rangefinder camera, 8-channel CRPA anti-jam GNSS, a 30+ km line-of-sight datalink with LTE support and MIL-STD-810H qualification, and the Cesur-IIIs firefighting drone, which has a thermal camera and a turbo lance nozzle.
